About This Group
The Widow’s Group is a welcoming fellowship for women who have experienced the loss of a spouse. Rooted in friendship and shared life, this group creates space for connection, encouragement, and joy as women walk this season together. Through meaningful relationships and time spent enjoying life side by side, participants are reminded they are not alone. As we gather, we lean into the promise that God is the husband to the widow—faithfully present as we continue living, laughing, and growing in community.
Who Is This Group For?
This group is for women who have lost a spouse and are looking for companionship, understanding, and connection with others who share a similar journey. You do not need to be a member of Gravel Hill Church to participate—only a willingness to show up, build friendships, and be part of a caring and supportive community. Whether your loss is recent or from years past, you are welcome here.
When and Where
This group meets and schedules several gatherings and outings throughout the year. Dates, times, and locations vary, and details are shared as events are planned.
