5.9.2024 Thankful Thursday

Happy Mother’s Day

Thankful Thursday sees Mother’s Day only a few days away. This upcoming day is one to honor the women in our lives who nurture us with care, concern, passion for our passions, enthusiasm, encouragement, and pure love for us. This definitely encompasses more than the women with the direct title of MOM.

The woman in our daily lives from little on up through the point where we leave the home nest (& beyond) definitely reigns as a major influence upon our lives. Other key influencers can include a teacher, a Bible study leader, a prayer partner, a mentor, a sister, or a close friend. These deeply caring individuals want the best for each of us. They know the positive impact we can have on the world and encourage us to do so.

So take some time today to think about these special women in your life. Prepare a gift: physical time together, a handwritten card, or a meaningful item she will appreciate to express your gratitude for the way she has poured into your life. She will be touched by your thoughtfulness. Happy Mother’s Day!

Blessings!
