Wednesday, November 15: Youth & their Families are invited to a Meet & Greet with Pastor Zim and Kris, our Education Director. Meet in Room 201 from 6:30-7:30 pm. Please being your ideas of what you would like to be doing in youth group to share. Afterwards, we will help with the set up of the Welcome Center.
Wednesday, November 15: 5-6 pm Be In The Light Meal will be served in Fellowship Hall. Sign up online or at the Welcome Center by noon on the Monday before the meal. Upcoming meals feature:
- 11/15: Chicken Alfredo, garlic toast, salad bar & assorted desserts
- 11/22: No Meal – Happy Thanksgiving!
- 11/29: Chicken strips (bbq, buffalo, or plain) buttered noodles, green beans, salad bar and an assortment of desserts
Kidz Choir Meets in the Choir Room from 6-6:30pm.
TONIGHT: NO Pioneer Clubs from 6:30-8pm in the chapel.
Adult Choir Meets in the Choir Room from 6:30 – 7:30 pm.
Thursday, November 16: 6-7:30 pm Bloom In Faith meets in the Library.

Friday, November 17: 7 am Men’s Morning Out departs from the church parking lot for Shady Maple. Sign up in the Welcome Center.
Christmas Market Preparations:
Wednesday, Nov. 15: Final drop-off for kitchen supplies from the tags on the tree; 6-8 PM – Drop off crafts; 6:30 PM – Set up the Holy Grounds and the Welcome Center area. Assistance needed moving furniture and setting up tables.
Thursday, Nov. 16: 1-5 PM – Drop off crafts, candy and baked goods.
Friday, Nov. 17: Until 5:00 PM – final drop offs for crafts, candy and baked goods; 1-7 PM– Vendor set up; 2-6 PM– Soup making, kitchen prep.
Saturday, November 18: 8 am – 2 pm Christmas Market at Gravel Hill. Mark your calendar for Saturday, November 18. The Market is open from 8 am- 2 pm.

Gravel Hill Christian Childcare Collection A collection is being taken to assist the Child Care. Trees with tags of preferred donation items are located in the Welcome Center. Thank you for your support!
Volunteers Needed. Gravel Hill Children Sunday School needs rotating and substitute teachers. The planning is done. We need you to help execute the planning. There are two groups where help is needed: HS & MS class (in room 201) and the elementary class (Fellowship Hall with ages 4 years old through 5th grade). Please contact Ashley in the office to help.
Redner’s 1% Save-A-Tape Program Bring in your receipts from Redner’s and the church will receive support from your shopping.
“Quarters for a Cause” container collecting contributions to support the Caring Cupboard.
