Creating Connection
Thankful Thursday hears prayers of gratitude lifted giving thanks for the blessings of connection. Recently our family has had to communicate from rather varied locations. With some big events happening on either end of the call, each of us has been thankful to have these amazing tools called phones (that even allow us to video chat and see each other’s faces!)
Pause to think about 100 years ago. What we get to experience today is an absolute dream to the folks back then. Most likely no one then could even imagine the world we currently live in.
The Bible tells us that we too can not even imagine the wonderful experience that awaits us on the other side of heaven, but can be assured that it is good. Jesus is there. He has prepared room for each and every one of us. And until we get there, the best communication tool awaits our use: prayer!
