Sparking Good Things

Thankful Thursday awakens with a layer of snow on the ground here in central PA. But the sun is shining brightly sending its rays of sunshine to warm the atmosphere and hopefully clear some of those icy patches from the ground. (Cooper, my chocolate lab, and I found a few of these patches on our walk this morning!) Holding true to the saying, “March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb,” the conditions outside show the varied effects between the fierce cold trying to hold on and the welcomed warmth of spring creeping into our area.

As we head into our days, may we be the lamb – the gentle warmth- which greets the people we meet in our day. A greeting of “Good Morning!”, a smile, or a friendly wave all connected by eye contact and acted out with warmth. These small moments spark the start of good things. Be that spark!

“You are the light of the world. A city built on a hill cannot be hid.”  Matthew 5:14

Blessings!
